These terms cover how you use Curae. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Curae. For how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
01Eligibility
Curae is for adults aged 18 and over. Parents and guardians may create profiles for children under 18 within their own account. Curae does not knowingly collect data directly from anyone under 18.
02Early access
Curae is currently in early access. Features, pricing and availability may change as we develop the app, and the service may be briefly unavailable while we upgrade or move our systems. We will give notice in the app before any planned interruption. Our Privacy Policy explains where your data is stored during this period.
03Personal styling service
Curae provides AI-generated styling suggestions, gift ideas, wardrobe analysis and calendar-linked outfit recommendations. Suggestions are guidance, not professional advice. Availability, sizing and pricing of third-party products are outside our control and can change without notice.
04Membership and purchases
Creating profiles is free, and every account includes 3 free generations, shared across looks and gift sets. After that, you need a Curae Membership or a look pack to keep generating.
Curae Membership is available monthly or annually. As a founding offer, the first 500 annual members pay A$49.99 for their first year, then A$99.99 a year. Memberships renew automatically at the price shown when you buy until you cancel. Look packs are one-off purchases and do not renew.
Purchases in the iPhone app are made through Apple's App Store and charged to your Apple ID. You can cancel a membership at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings, at least 24 hours before it renews. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
05Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its refund policy. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
06Acceptable use
Do not use Curae to harass, scrape, resell, or impersonate others. Do not upload images you do not have the right to share. Curae may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
07Intellectual property
The Curae brand, app design, prompts, and AI outputs remain the property of Curae Collective. You keep ownership of anything you upload, such as photos and notes.
08Availability
Curae aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party outages (retailers, AI providers) can affect features temporarily.
09Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced inside the app before they take effect.
