01Eligibility

Curae is for adults aged 18 and over. Parents and guardians may create profiles for children under 18 within their own account. Curae does not knowingly collect data directly from anyone under 18.

02Personal styling service

Curae provides AI-generated styling suggestions, gift ideas, wardrobe analysis and calendar-linked outfit recommendations. Suggestions are guidance, not professional advice. Availability, sizing and pricing of third-party products are outside our control and can change without notice.

03Subscription and trials

Curae offers a free trial. Each friend who signs up using your personal invite code extends your trial by 3 additional days. Paid plans (per look, monthly or annual) auto-renew at the price displayed at checkout until cancelled from Settings. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

04Refunds

Because access is granted immediately at signup, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law (for example the Australian Consumer Law statutory guarantees).

05Acceptable use

Do not use Curae to harass, scrape, resell, or impersonate others. Do not upload images you do not have the right to share. Curae may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

06Intellectual property

The Curae brand, app design, prompts, and AI outputs remain the property of Curae Collective. You keep ownership of anything you upload, such as photos and notes.

07Availability

Curae aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party outages (retailers, AI providers) can affect features temporarily.

08Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced inside the app before they take effect.
